Hey I’m Joshual, the founder of The BLISS Corps. I’m a 27 year-old creative, born in London and raised in the beautiful Northern Rivers of New South Wales, Australia. My heritage is a tapestry of Celtic, Australian, and Papua New Guinean roots — a mix that has deeply shaped my perspective, my art and the way I move through the world.

From as early as I can remember, creativity has been a central thread in my life. I come from a family of creative-minded people — both of my parents are passionate appreciators of art, albeit with very different tastes.

My dad’s a natural creative with a love for all things eccentric, while my mum has always gravitated toward the natural & sentimental. Their different perspectives fostered my artistic inclination from a young age and taught me to value diversity in creativity. That influence is something I endeavour to carry in my work today — it’s what inspires the eclectic, style-blurring, and psychedelic nature of my own style.

Over the years, I have followed the creative pull to wherever it led me. I’m a qualified audio engineer, a freelance graphic designer, a musician, and a visual artist, with a long list of side projects, collaborations, and experimental ventures along the way. I’ve always believed in exploring every medium possible — in using creativity not just as a skill, but as a way to experience, transmute & celebrate life.

The idea for The BLISS Corps was born sitting on the tranquil shores of Crete by myself on Christmas Day 2023. This was during one of the most transformative periods of my life — a solo year abroad in Europe and North Africa where I was gathering inspiration for a music project, connecting with myself & others along the way. That trip wasn’t just about writing an album; it was about collecting stories, immersing myself in different cultures, and realigning with the things that made me feel alive. It was during those months of freedom and exploration that the vision for The BLISS Corps came into focus.

not just as a place, but as a state of mind. It’s about living with intention, prioritising lifestyle over hustle and authentic expression over passing trends. I created this brand to celebrate the kind of life I was continue to chase — one fuelled by freedom, connection and creativity. It’s more than just lifestyle goods; it’s a platform for storytelling, culture, and authentic art.

For me, genuine, unfiltered expression is everything. I believe creativity should be lived and shared, not confined to galleries, labels, or expectations. The BLISS Corps is my way of weaving together sound, design, culture, and story into something that invites others to do the same. It’s a movement built on the belief that when we live well and express fully, we generate abundance — not just for ourselves, but for the people and communities around us.
